I have been wieght lifting for about a month now. I train my hardest. My schedule is as follows:
Monday: 1 hour doing arms and chest, 1-2 hours cardio
Tuesday: 1 hour on abs, 1-2 hours cardio
Wednesday: 1 hour on legs, 1-2 hours cardio
Thursday: 1 hour on abs, 1-2 hours cardio
Friday: 1 hour...
