stats: I'm 5"2 115, have a clean diet: protein shakes, chicken, turkey, tuna, lots of veggies, berries, and whole wheat bread. I get to the gym about 4 to 5 times a week, separating my workout: shoulders/ abs, leggs, chest/tris/ back/ bis. I'm trying to up the cardio to 30 min 3 times a week.
