    yeh, i was thinking someone may have told you that the fat will slow down the whey protein absorption.. whey is a fast-acting protein.. which means it absorbs in your body faster.. good for right after a workout, but not good if your last meal before bed. SO, it can be used with something else...

    no problem i haven't read anything about it, but he said that doing the smallest thing like brushing his teeth could make him feel some minor soreness in his arm.. said something about how being on deca makes the muscles exhaust themselves easier.. i think that's what he said.
