Need some input...it's been a while since I been on here but last time I was on here I weighed 240lbs and 5'11....got a lot of great advice and I'm now 212lbs and looking to take one or the other...all I'm looking to do is cut up and get some hard gains too....I workout 6 times a week and start...
My diet is pretty good....i too eat a gram of protien per pound of body weight and eat lots of greens and try too limit myself to two slices of wheat bread aday....and i train 5 days a week hard....but im just naturaly a heavy broad shoulder person
Well i know i have to do those 3 and that my diet is the most important thing...but im going to do a big cycle and was hoping that i could get the imput of true pros that could set me up with a true transformation game plan
