I'm going to the gym about 4 to 5 days a week.
I only got about 1 hour & half to work out. Is it better to concentrate on 1 muscle everyday just doing different workouts for that muscle or I'ts ok to include to muscles a day. FOR EXAMPLE:
monday - chest/traps
tuesday - biceps/triceps
wednesday -...
for the people who thought it was a hoax.. it wasn't I just started working out when I was 22. I'm 23 now. & I guess I do want to bulk up fast. Is hard to get the results you want right away!.. so I decided to look into this. THANKs for everybodys advice. What's anadrol?
I've been working out for about 5 to 6 months. I've taken creatine & protein shakes. I've seen a result, but not what I'm looking for. SO I've decided to try anabolic steroids. I've heard of DECA & WINSTROL. What's a good cycle for a starter? HELP please. I don't want to take the wrong thing.
