    wow...ummm buy a big container of old fashioned oats at store. Add 1 cup dry to a large bowl, add 2 cups of water. Put in microwave for 3 - 4 minutes. Let cool. Good carb source. Flavor with splenda, cinnamon, nutmeg, soy milk, berries, nuts, protein powder, etc... Ryan

    What to mix in Canned chicken breast?

    I don't believe this would occur. Beta cells in the pancreas can be destroyed by autoimmune function (as in type 1 diabetes). However, that is a genetic defect. That is the only thing I know of that would cause beta cell destruction. Ryan

    Fructose & High Fructose Corn Syrup

    High fruc. corn syrup is BAD NEWS. This stuff is such a concentrated form of fructose that your liver sucks it up, and triggers an enzyme to say that your glycogen stores are full, this leads to adipose storage. But muscle glycogen didn't get filled up. bad stuff Ryan
