Hey Happy, Yep, thats what you have.umbilical hernia. I just had surgery four weeks ago for the same thing. My only down time was 10 days. I never took a single pain pill. I had a great doctor.

What if the gay life style was excepted like the straight life style is ?. I would think people like (runner) would re-think the pill. I guess Im one of the lucky ones, in that, I am very happy with who I am and would never change a thing.

I've been taking anti-inflammatory's for years and have done several cycles. Just drink tons of water to flush them though your system. I have had no problems.
