    I think you're asking this question in the wrong thread and maybe even in the wrong board. It sounds like you're self-medicating instead of using steroids for sports purposes. Anyway, some report fat loss on IGF-1 even though it's not its main purpose and HGH fragment would be much better for that.

    Rather than make you younger, IGF-1 is linked to the aging process (at least on paper) so it could somewhat make you older. HGH is a complex and multi-purpose hormone and of course there's always reasons to take it as a whole: it seems like these multiple effects combined have a healthier effect...

    Yeah, I don't think anyone has a definitive answer to that question. What I did was skip my cardio the days I was injecting IGF-1 since that's the best I could come up with. Still, since I have to take a bus home that means I'm injecting 30 min after my session at best. Got good results though!

    I warm the oil in the syringe just holding it in my fist for a minute or two and that helps making it easier (faster) to inject, but that's all.

    Different people, different protocols. I've heard of Keto being used so you don't even need to cycle off the Clen, others use it to cut the time off from 2 weeks to just one... I'd say it's open to discussion. Anyway, be careful with your Clen dose and don't go any higher than 120mcg or less.

    Looks good for the most part BUT! you're jumping to double the amount of gear from one cycle to the next (unless you count the Dbol, then I guess it's alright), calories look a little low at 2000 Kcal but if that works on you then I guess that's fine and I think you need Caber if you're on NPP.
