I am still confused?
What is the verdict on creatine for cutting up. Is it possible to be ripped and at the same time continue to take creatine. I stopped but do not know whether I should go back on it?
What do you guys think?

What I am wondering thou is if there is any direct effect on ones immune system. Or is the chemical reaction totally isolated from affecting your body's immune system??
Is Lipo really worth it. The side effects seam pretty nasty. A supplement store down the road still has lipo on the shelf but they want $55 a bottle. Is it worth the money??
I notice alote of the cheaper whey protein powders contain whey protein concentrate as opposed to isolates. Am I better off spending the extra cash on a high quality powder with pure isolates or are the concentrated powders just as good?
