Finally made the choice to make fitness my lifestyle. I always had issues with my physique/health. I was not overweight as a child, however at around age 14 I put on several pounds of fat and did not know what to do, I couldn't ignore it! So what did I do? Joined an elite wrestling club where t wasn't unusual for a wrestler to lose 9lbs in sweat per 90 minute session. It worked. However this wasn't the end. Since age 14 my weight has fluctuated rapidly all the time, it is very extreme and awful.
