Hey Everyone! My name is Kayla and I am a wife and mother of three. I love to workout and love seeing the results. Some of my biggest weaknesses are my self control although I do eat fairly clean and stay in my calorie count (most days ;)) and no matter how far I have come I always see my flaws. What I want to learn... is how to count my macros (probably even wording that wrong) and of course gear that will help me get to my top physic (I know most of you reading will say it's all in my diet :
