    My actual back is start its just the lean thats the issue. Ill work on the areas you say and see how it goes. Im going to go for reps next time rather than weight so hopefully will tie in nicely with your idea of adding 5lbs until we see where the issue arises. Thanks :-)

    Thanks ladies - decision made, Smith machine it is! Just out of interest...what do you all free squat? Need to know how far I have to go. I weight 70kg and was squatting 70kg for 10 reps last night.

    Maybe she is, maybe she isnt - he didnt say either way. I am talking from experience as all I heard in the hospital with my sister was breast is best, but that isnt always the case. She struggled like hell and it put her into depression. Her milk didnt come through, baby didnt latch on etc etc...

    What is big deal about breast feeding? If its hurting stop! She is a new mum, hormones all over the place the last thing she needs on top of that is pain! Change to bottle that way you can be involved too! As for the mother in law, tell her straight!! Or get your Mrs to.
