In my previous cycle I had the same idea as you, all bodyparts once a week but arms twice a week, but I made sure that I didn't hit them hard both workouts... meaning I'd hit biceps hard one day, then back off on the intensity on the second day. I got good results, the lifts in my arm workouts...

I just received omnadren amps with the Lot number and expiration date: NrS: 51199 Dw: 11 2002 The lot and expiration dates are printed.. not stamped on the amps. There is a white line around the neck and no dot. There is nothing at the end of the pink line on the amp, from past posts I've read...
