Iam a 44yr old male and a 6 yr Veteran of The United States Army 1st birgade of the 7th light infrantry Fort Ord was my home 84-90. Also a 15yr Veteran of the Pennsylvania National Guard 28th 2nd 110th light infrantry. I suffered a severe work injury 01/27/2010, crushing my right heel bone. Been convalescing and not doing much since the accident and now just trying to get my old ass back in play. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
