Your slin is fine, sould try to keep it kooler if possible. You sould be taking 1 iu for every 10 lbs and most importantly a half hour before your workout ends to get the maximum effect.
All I'm saying is do what you what and see what happens experiment personly I've 4000mg of t200 in week with a few other things. I'm 280 right now with about 9%bf if you have your hands on what say you do email me and i'll help with more info latter.
All I have to say that every body is different genetic wise. I personely have been on the shit for three straight years not taking more than a month off. Use on the average 1500 mg of test 200, 300 mg of deca, 300mg of eq, 400 mg test susp a week plus ref b 350 mg a week a month on a month off...
