Last of my blood test results have come in. Looks like the @Buck Pharmaceuticals 250mg test E, 100mg primo is keeping my E2 in a good spot! My E2 will generally run above range on 175mg test if run by itself.
Exactly! The other thing is I've had a single focus and goal for a few months as I prepped which kept me very motivated, now that I'm in a health phase it kind of feels like I'm in limbo. Even though it's an important part of the process it's definately not as exciting as gaining or prepping...
Trust me though.....there's nothing I would enjoy more than going hard right now haha! I'll be absolutely itching to smash it in another month or so, can't wait!
Yeah I'm pretty happy with them all in all, wouldn't be much of a healthphase log though if I went full steam after 1 week haha. Reckon I'll continue my sports trt/ cruise what ever you want to call it for another 4 to 6 weeks then go hard.

-Saturday was an upper session
-Sunday was lower/arms
-Today was cardio and abs. Cardio was 20 min on the air bike with 30 sec hard efforts every 2nd minute ie 30sec work/90 second active recovery.

Alright so have received majority of blood results, just got FSH, Progesterone, Prolactin and E2 to come. Pleasantly surprised as nothing massively out of whack and feel I can get it all in range relatively quickly and easily. Only things of note are:
