It's alright, I manage to eat between 4 and 5 thousand calories a day, and while i do increase strength and muscle, it is slow. I am an athlete and i do a lot of cardio, and i think this is part of the problem, I was hoping a cycle like this could kick everything up a notch.

now the question i have is, if i followed the advice of numerous threads on igf-1 dosages, when perhaps they were taking fake igf-1, for example 100 micrograms a day, if i bought the real stuff maybe i would suffer some ill effects because the medical grade igf is totally pure, like acromegaly...
