Hi to all. This is all new for me. I'm not over weight but I am recovering from a leg injury, (Skiing accident) I need to rebalance and strengthen myself again. My injured, legs, quads & hamstrings are 2" smaller than my good leg. Been 50 this year the body seems to have changed and I feel some what depressed and tired! Now I am ready to get out of this rut and join a local gym! I need an online mentor too... i think? What do you think?
