Thanks I have been using the stack for a week now but I didn't know if I was supposed to using them together at times or just keep them separate. I also didn't know about when was the best time to use the RawMCC (before or after workout) but now you have answered all my questions... I think :)
So do you think it is better then to take the Lipoflame w/ the smaller dose of Amplify if you are just lifting or was this the suggestion for the guy doing cardio after his workout?
