I have begun taking MHP Abomb. The label says to take four tablets in the morning and 4 in the eveneing. What I don't understand is the fact that this dose goes for everyone regardless of their body mass. I am pretty heavy(about 240 LBS), so shouldn't I take more?

I am taking this product called thermo Dynamx, by EAS. The directions state to take up to three tablets twice a day, this is the dose that I have settled on. Also each dose should be at least 5 hours apart. Do you think it would be ok if I upped this dosage maybe I could take 9 a day, or more...
