Damn! The taste is really horrific! How can I take it away from the mouth after taking it?

So after long waits with my personal stuff, I finally ordered and got my SARMs triple stack from S1, and don't know why,just now I have realized that it is liquid. How do I take it? Do I mix it with water, or put it directly into my mouth and hold there?Will appreciate your input for the newbie.
