I like the anavar/clen but still not to where I want to be. I like the really toned and defined look. I have been taking the ghrp-6 a week and i can already see the results with my abs. I eat clean always and do at least 45 min of cardio 6 days a week and train 3-4. Yes it does make you hungry...
Thank you for the advice. I usually do 2 up 2 down and squeeze at the top. I finally feel like my bi's and tri's are developing recently not sure if its becasue of the overload. I used to only do two exercies per bi's and tri's and didnt feel Iwas getting anywhere.
