I'm a fair ways into my test E cycle and am on close to 190 lbs now at 5 10. My macros are usually something like 500 carbs 60 fats and 240 protein. which works out about 3600-3700 cals. Is there anything worth changing I've gained close to 17 lbs so far probs 10 or so of it lean mass.

Drink more water too. Anavar isn't known for it's water retention. It doesn't aromatise either so I don't think It's the var personally. It'll be the diet or the lack of water. But hey that's just my advice.
