    Thx alot for all the info. I finished reading the lean mass book. A great learning experience. Did not know that insulin spikes could result in body storing fat. I am now customizing my diet accordingly with all the food groups and portions. Thanks again. :)

    Thx, I always do around 20-25min cardio after each workout and I am thinking about doing a 30 min cardio before breakfast starting next week. I agree with you on the 20 min cardio after wo, feel alot less bloated when I do them consistently.

    How much carbs are you getting in? I'm not in the berry department (don't include a lot of them in my diet) but I would say you might have to get more glycogen in to your system for energy, meaning you need more complex carbs.
