My friends father took it too and he had the same feeling in his arm I do. I talked to him he just went in for a check up and his hearts fine but I think i will go ahead and check it out anyways just to be on the safe side.

My heart has never hurt otherwise only when i take hydroxycut. But what u said Mr X scares me think ill head down to the doctor.

no high blood pressure, heart is in perfectly fine shape, no history of hear problems. im a 20 yr old 6'1 252 lbs... trying to loose fat.

I posted this in the supp. board but i thought I would post it here as well... Whenever I take hydroxycut it feels like someone socked me in my left arm... Anyone else ever have this reaction. Also, do you guys think that all E/C/A stacks will do this to me? IVe gone from taking 4 pills a day...

well ive only taken it a couple times... i took one yesterday and it didnt do it to me.. it was when I took like 4 in one day that it did it so maybe I will stick to 1 or 2 a day and see how that goes... Yea I hope it doesn't have anything to do with my heart either.

Are Flaxseed oil softgels as effective as just flaxseed oil? or is it better to stick with the straight oil... I just hate the taste of the stuff.

Can you cook them on the stove with a little olive oil or is this unhealthy. Will it only get in the way of my fatloss goal?
