    Hi ladies!! I was hoping to get a little advise about how to kick my ass into gear. I have been at it with a very clean diet and hard core training for 1 month now.     portion sizes

    I have a quick question. When weighing out portion sizes of meat, should this be done when the meat is cooked or raw? All the pakages I have say a 4 oz or 6 oz serving size but do not indicate if this is before or after cooking.
