A friend of mine recomended to take this instead of Monohydrate, any feedback would be appreciated, or advice? I also hear Ester is much more effective and you do not hold the water weight like with monohydrate, if anyone can dispell this or back it up i would appreciate it.

I have heard some rumors that if you take less then 4ml of HGH a day it is wasting it but than i have also heard that any amount will help. Im new to this game so any one with experience and advice on this topic will be much appreciated.
