Drop your carbs to arround 150 a day and up your dietary fat to replace the lost calories, this should help keep you fuller and get the fat sources from omega 3s, flax seed oil, olive oil etc. While in a calories deficit fat is your friend and maybe a ECA stack to help with the hunger.
With the absence of carbs you enter ketosis, you dont NEED the fats to put you in ketosis but they replace the calories you lose from having no carbs and also give you the energy you need.
Hey my only question is what about keto diets? You must eat lots of fat more than half your cals but I'm still cutting fat like crazy and I know other people succeed on a high fat keto cut as well.
