I've always put protein quality over taste, but I drink 3-4 shakes a day, and I'm willing to compromise a bit.     re I still think Clenbuterol has been way overrated...I've always gotten better results w/ eca. My best results came with Cytomel, ECA, and Glucophage. I went from 12% bf to 6% (along w/ cardio & diet) and was incredibly hard and vascular-I even had veins in my ass.

    re: milk Indeed it does...which is why a whey/casein or whey/casein/egg protein is the best choice prior to sleeping. I'd opt for an isolate whey (preferably cfm whey) NOT mixed in milk for your first shake of the day...you want fast digesting protein.

    re: fhg43... Yep, DMSO would likely be a better carrier, and making a rub on solution would be more efficient than spraying. DMSO can be difficult for some people to get, though. I would think the aloe would be an excellent carrier (bengay, aspercreme and others should also work)...it works...

    re: flax Benzi- I weigh 200 and take 2-3 tablespoons daily. At 145, I'd suggest 1.5-2 tablespoons daily. I usually toss a tablespoon or two in my protein drinks, either A.M. or post workout. I'd also take 1/2 or 1 tablespoon before bed.

    protein powder I shoot for 140 g in 3 shakes...40 g whey isolate early in day, 60 g whey isolate/concentrate mix w/ maltodextrin post workout, 40 g whey or whey/casein/egg mix before bed.
