Oh, my bad, I had it reversed. Actually the figure is that only 10% is absorbed through the skin in topical gels, leaving about 90% on the skin until washed off with soap and water. At least this is true with the 1% and 2% concentrations such as androgel, testim, axiron, and fortesta. Sorry...
