I am 6'6, 205 pound male.
I have been on a diet for the past 10 weeks or so... lost about 25 pounds (was weight lifting aswell) doing cardio and stuff
But I was told that I would see much greater results if I started Bulking instead of "cutting" (cutting requires muscle...lol...
Hmmmm this is nuts! I'm totally looking at my diet completely different now....
Yeah I have decided to wait on the anavar for a couple monthes....
But lets say I DO choose to bulk up.... will my STOMACH fat go away???
My exercise right now usually goes the follows
Day 1: Arms
Day 2: Legs
Day...
also im assuming the bulking and losing weight will ONLY work if im doing aas (anavar) or am I mistaken?
right now in my mind im thinking "i can eat 4000 calories...lift weight and lose fat.... but do i need to be on ANAVAR to do that?... or is he just talking about lifting and bulking?"

Yeah i eat nothing but clean food....
Might put me behind in the wallet though :S
so should i maybe eat like...3500 hundred cals a day to start off?....
hmm yeah i guess that makes sense...
what i was thiking of doing was a couple monthes of losing weight then doing a bulking diet.... but maybe i'll just up the cals now and work myself silly

both of them were sealed pretty nicely

I truly do believe I do need more training
but as for nutrition i'm doing everything I can to eat the right food (even comes down to portioning extra lean ground beef in 100 g baggies so i dont need to keep portioning them when im hungry)
But I probably will not go...

Anyways I have the anavar... just still undecided on if i should take it...
does anyone know the approx. body fat % for me?
