For those who carb deplete and carb up for show.
I am thinking of depleting for 3 days. My question is whether 3 days of carb up is enough to fill up your muscles. Will I have to wake up at night to continue loading?

I am planning to start my keto diet soon but just got my blood test back and cholesterol is on the high side. Will this diet raise it even higher due to the fat percentage? I will be using a lot of fish oil and flax seed.
