there stuff is good some of it was sent to a lab for testing [srcs] test came back good

is there any exercises that seem to work better then others

my wife is 30yrs old and had 2 kids,had the last one 2 yrs ago.the problem she is having is in the belly area.she cann't seem to get that area to firm up the way she wants it to.she cann't get rid of the excess skin and stuff.if any of u ladies out there had this problem in the past could u pls...
