Been lifting for 15 years and always lookin for as much info as i can soak in. Been cycling on and off for ten years or so but just started getting more serious. Trying to eat right and learn more about proper cycling and post cycling. Usually just do cyp and dec with 2:1 ration at 400mg/200mg wk. Sometimes throw in some drol. Recently just started lifting heavy within the 4-6 rep range. Was stuck on the idea you always have to do ten reps for so long. Now im pretty much just trying to get more
