all drugs have an expiration date when the active ingredients break down, it is usually long after the printed expiration date which is usually 3 -4years after manufacture. it probably wont do you any harm to take old clenbuterol but it wont do you much good either, if in doubt buy it new.

try hypnotherapy. its really good for motivation and relaxation, you can either see a hypnotherapist or buy a hypnotic cd from amazon. paul mckenna is good.
