    No-Xplode.

    No-Xplode works good i also have had good results wiht Trac Xtreem.....the directions on No-Xplode say to take it even on off days, i wouldnt, doing so would make your body used to takeing in that amount of cafeen evey day and thus becoming resistant to it.

    low carb and ester c-2

    What kind of low carb? Low carb dosent have to mean low calorie...........i would take the creatine to help keep your muscles hydrated however if you drop the over all calories too low you risk losing muscle
