which would be better to take for mass on my first cycle deca or d-bol, and i was wondering which one has more side effects, and how much of each should i take on my first cycle

Hey guys this is my first post and i need some advice, ive tried both 4-diol and creatine and they have helped me pack on some mass, but i have never combined the two and took them together i was wondering if taking them both together would give me even more mass
