I have gained 16lb in the last 3 weeks sticking to this diet. Spoke to Craig Richardson and he gave me his word on this. Up to 231 at 5`8 now but feel really bloated:
Meal 1 - 16 egg whites, 4 yolks, 2 cups oatmeal
Meal 2 - 400g steak, 100g rice, two bananas
Meal 3 - Same
Meal 4 - 100g whey...
