As far as beginner no, i have weight trained for 4 years but took the last almost year off, so I started to heavy back in gym too soon, its not that I couldnt move my arms, i Seem to feel a small pull or tear in my Pec. the sworeness wasnt from the workout itself but a strain.

its ok, but like i said i never have pissed that color, just happened today, and once again i really strained myself on bench, i hope its not blood! Does my water intake have to be alot higher then i normally do on AAS? becuase i never pissed that color before starting my cycle a few days ago.

I am on sust 250, 500mg a week, and deca 400mg per week, i did my first injection of deca this morning and started my dbol also this morning, i noticed the last two times i went to take a piss it was very dark, waaaayyyy darker then ever. is it becuase of gear maybe? or i really hurt myself...
