no you would do bodyweight x 12 as that is BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) and that just calculates what you body would need if you lay in bed all day. So if you eat you bw x 12 you should lose weight coz your usual daily activities would burn enough calories for this.
i can't find any bloody keto test kits/strips or whatever they are anywhere near where i live (i live in england).
does ne1 know where i can get them from and some brand names to seach the web with.

Their are loads and loads of them. just do a search on google or yahoo and you should find some. however some give me different results and i weren't 2 sure which ones to follow. A good way which i have learned from the boards is that BMR is your bodyweight (in lbs) x 12 so for example a 200lb...
But what about donner kebabs from a take away can i eat the meat from them. Im not bothered about the salad or sauce or the pitta bread shit but can i eat the donner meat?

oh well, shes never gonna lose the weight. She is too lazy. that is why she wants to do atkins coz supposedly you can eat anything that has no carbs in it (eggs, bacon etc.) because shes greedy also.
