Alright people, suppose I better introduce myself, I’m ash, 30, 5ft11, geez starting to sound like a dating add haha, anyway I have been in and out of gyms most of my life but back in 2015 I had been training for 2 years properly because I was looking to see if I could get the balls to get up on the stage and try and take part on a men’s physique comp but some lovely guy decided that he didn’t like motorbikes and itwould be a good idea to just pull out of a junction and take me off mine witch I received cracked ribs fractured wrist and a grade 2 clavicle separation has lead me to literally lose all my gains and progress, so yesterday 12/11/17 was the first time I have stepped into a gym for 2 years, and in between my set I was looking in the mirror and that lovely thing called reality hit me and I didn’t realise how much weight I’ve lost and my strength has plummeted, but onwards and upwards, goto start off with my small goals of getting my shoulder strengthened up and see how much weight I can gain (I’m a hard gainer btw) in one month, small steps for now as I’ve goto start from scratch but at least I know how to isolate muscle groups and train properly to help my with my goals, anyway sorry for what seams like my life story haha, nice getting to know you guys and getting more knowledgable by taking advice off you guys.
