I know that the more muscle you have the faster your metabolism is. So my question is simple. Can you just work on strength training with a little bit of cardio and still lose weight and get the body everyone wants?
I've been looking at taking estrogen blockers to help with mass and muscle tone etc...some of the estrogen blockers say that they should not be taken by women? Is this true? Why do they say that...I can't find any legit sourcess about side effects of estrogen blockers?

I'm using tren ace n test p I have 8 weeks worth with 1 lab and then I have another 4 weeks with another lab would it still be effective? Or do I have to stick with one lab for an entire cycle?
