50mg EOD. Keep it inyour system. DO NOT do it every 3rd day! You can also drink it AND inject it. I would stick with injecting. There is some debate that drinking it weakens the concentration of Winny (Immediatley going thru liver, etc.) But drinking does yeild winny into your system. manta

3 cycles, 2-3 shots per week, Never hit a vein, take a look at proper injection technique and you shouldn't hit a vien. Good Luck manta
