I've done 40mg ed with good results. Several months later did an 80mg cycle for 4 weeks, which the results were amazing (with a good diet plan). However, next time I will go down to 50 or 60 since at 80mg the pumps where too much for me. Of course, not everyone reacts the same way. GOD I LOVE...
