I always start my dose low and work my way up like you do with Clen.... I started lifting heavier as well..so I think I'm lacking with the protein.....not sure...going to up my protein and see if it helps... Not shaky when working out just when I'm sitting at home relaxing or whatever... Mandie

I don't know what's wrong, I just went back on my cycle with Ephedra I do 2 weeks on 3 weeks off........ And now I have the shakes really bad, am I just not eating enough?? Or am I missing something??
