What? Bro, you don't need any mcgs. You have to dissolve the 5000iu in bactereostatic water. For example in 10ml bactereostatic water. Than you have 5000iu in 10ml, which means every ml contains 500iu. Depending on my cycle I inject 2x250iu or 2x500iu every week.

Bro, allways have your pct ready before starting a cycle.. And I think serms are your best option now too
