    Im having the biggest problem with eating the foods in my diet! I seriously almost throw up sometimes when I try eating oatmeal and whey or just plain tuna or brown rice. I go without eating for like 6 hours sometimes because i just dont wanna eat the foods. THis is my diet. 7:30am-1 cup...

    so far this is what i got. 650am Cardio 7:30am-1 cup oatmeal+2 scoops of whey 10am-6oz chicken+2 cups green beans+1 cup brown rice 1pm-1cup Tuna+1cup green beans+1 Tbs oliveoil 4:30pm- 2 scoops whey protien+1 scoop of oatmeal 5:30pm- Kick boxing class where we do some good cardio...
