Be very careful with the Valerian Root. It has interactions with Rx meds like statins and can be toxic to your liver with that combination. It helped me sleep but after my doctor freaked about me taking it with the Crestor, I stopped taking it. I haven't found anything as effective but after...- MagnumCH

Who rides and what? (motorcycles)
I guess I am the only one who rides a dresser here - 2011 Harley Road Glide. Never thought I would ride a bike with a radio, but I love it now. I still have what started life as a '89 Lowrider (FXR) that has 121 HP at the rear wheel. Not bad for a 80" HD.- MagnumCH
