I realize it is important to weight train in order to lose fat so I have added that to my program 4 days a week.
If I am running 5 days a week do I have to add additional weight training in for my legs?
I kind of don't want to do so because my legs are already my most powerful part of my body...
how do you transitition? we all have done it, or hear about it, those that gain 20 lbs in 10 days.
i eat for sat night and sunday, what i want, then get back on track monday. still doing some cardio and keeping food in check. i add in cottage cheese more fruit and more red meat..me lovem red...
