It seemed like at first everyone was carb depleting before the cycle. Do you think that is changed now that is not the general census, that perhaps this helps the sides? Has anyone had a rash after DNP? I finished on Sunday and I started breaking out yesterday.

So true Serge! If I did not eat when I took it, it would not stay down. DaMan, this was my third cycle and I have been so hungry since I stopped Sunday morning, moreso than when I was on it!

I read on it for about a month before I tried it. Cataracts are a side effect of not supplementing properly. I make sure I supplement, especially with anti-oxidants. Thank you, though, for your concern. :)

I just wanted to let you guys know that I did not have an allergic reaction to DNP until my second cycle. I had the usual flu like feeling on the first cycle and all the regular stuff you hear about but on the second one I swelled up and got red itching spots all over! Be careful :)

I guess caffiene and ephedra effect people differently. I have noticed since I stopped taking the ECA and I use Clen, I get shaky and jittery but I don't get the headaches, neck aches and I don't clench my teeth.
